Our process begins with a complete evaluation and documentation of the contents which then allows for our pack-out technicians to safely and efficiently secure all of the salvageable contents. As for the non-salvageable items, they will also be photo documented and placed into a Total Loss Inventory report (TLI), this TLI report helps all parties better understand the exact items that were damaged and couldn’t be restored.
